SCM is invested in THE RIDGE AT CALHOUN, a premium build-for-rent (BFR) community in north Georgia. SCM partnered with the principals of Manor Lake Development to acquire ~31 acres in Calhoun, GA for the purpose of constructing 236 cottage-style rental units.

These two and three bedroom units are designed to appeal to individuals, couples, and families, in an industrial corridor that’s known as the “Carpet Capital of the World”.

Status: Phase 1 completed, phase 2 underway.
